"Wonderful"
Clean rooms. Hotel owner was around if we needed anything, very pleased with the staff. We received fresh towels without having to ask.

AVOID. New owners have caused this place to go from a clean, old fashioned motel, in a great location, to a disgusting pit. Filthy, both in the room and around the property. The majority of these reviews are based on the work of the old owners. Weirdest thing: they only put a bottom sheet covering the top half of the bed, the bottom half was exposed mattress. So gross. Do not stay here.

The room was large, there was a fridge and microwave and an eating area. The shower had hot water quickly. The location of the hotel was central to everything, and the neighborhood was safe.

The area was perfect, lots of food spots. Across the street from a park and post office. CBS down the block. Farmers Market and the Grove super close. Water pressure is great. Nice workers. Free parking for one car. Size of room was good. Table chairs Refrigerator & microwave a bonus! There was also a couch. Ok " King room "

It was clean. The room was actually fairly spacious. The bed was sufficiently comfortable. Good value for the money. This fit the best combination of price and location that I could find for my stay in LA

it was in the greatest location. place was on a bustling street but rooms in a quiet courtyard. Super staff! I indicated parking (which is clearly stated as first come first serve) was important & they called me to let me know one spot was left. so I didnt Rush thinking Id find street parking. then I ended up hours later w an on site secure parking spot. place felt very safe! great value for neighborhood.
